Born 1942 in Hamburg, Germany
Educated in Paris and Hamburg.
The inspirational, creative work in the studio is very important to me. But at the same time, the collaboration “with and against” other artists from different countries and different cultural backgrounds is especially important.
The insights and inspirations which are resulting from these projects are then re-integrated into the artistic work in the studio and also encourage a critical self-reflection.
Such projects have been organized in France, Vietnam, Russia, Armenia and Georgia.
Γεννήθηκε το 1942 στο Αμβούργο της Γερμανίας.
Σπόύδασε στο Παρίσι και στο Αμβούργο.
Η καλλιτεχνική εργασία μου μέσα σε ένα ατελιέ, έχει για μένα την ίδια σημασία όσο η συνεργασία με άλλους καλλιτέχνες απο διαφορετικές χώρες με διαφορετικές κουλτούρες.
Οι σκοπιές και εμπνεύσεις που πηγάζουν απο αυτήν την συνεργασία επαναπροσαρμόζονται στην δουλειά του ατελιέ και προωθούν αυτοκριτική.
Συνεργασίες αυτού του είδους έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί στην Γαλλία, Βιετνάμ, Ρωσία, Αρμενία και Γεωργια.
