EUROPEAN PASSAGES: / An art project starting on Paros 7 July – 23 July A cooperation of the Kobra Group / Hamburg and IPAC / Paros. The "Group Kobra" ist a well known group of artists in Hamburg, working on an international level within the tradition of former artist groups like the world famous "Blaue Reiter". The project „European Passages“ works under the patronage of the Greek Consul General in Hamburg, Ekaterini Dimakis and the Member of the Bundetags and Deputy Chaiman of the Committee of the Foreign Office Hans-Ulrich Klose. Opening July 20 – 20.30 Art Apothiki Center ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ «Ευρωπαϊκά Περάσματα»: / Ενα καλλιτεχνικό project ξεκινάει στην Πάρο. | PAINTING AT THE MONASTERY OF AI-YIANNIS DETIS |
| Come Paint at the Monastery with IPAC The International Paros Art Circle invites all who enjoy the creativity of art, children included, to participate in “Painting at the Monastery of Ai-Yiannis Detis,” an art workshop that will be held on 20-23 June, as part of the Community Festival at the Environmental & Cultural Park of Paros, Naoussa, which runs from 20-28 June. On the last day of the workshop, 23 June, art will be selected for an exhibition in the cells of the Monastery. The exhibit starts on 24 June with an opening party at 8 p.m. Painting materials will be provided to children. Bring any equipment or material that you may need. With your participation we can turn this event into a celebration of art, fun and creativity, within the circle of the local scene, honouring this beautiful island which inspires us all.
